Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Strong skills in pediatric assessment and individualized intervention
- Experience in early childhood and/or elementary school settings preferred
- Familiarity with a range of communication disorders and treatment strategies
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities with students, families, and staff
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver evidence-based therapy
- Work closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to ensure student growth and success
- Maintain clear documentation and progress monitoring for each student
- Support students across a range of abilities and backgrounds, adapting interventions as needed
- Participate in case conferences, IEP meetings, and professional development activities
