Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP licensure in Michigan (or ability to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience preferred in pediatrics, early childhood, and elementary settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in schools and with diverse caseloads is an advantage
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students (K–12)
- Deliver direct therapy services and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations
- Advocate for students’ communication needs within the educational environment
