Pediatric Elementary School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Detroit, Michigan

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before the school year begins)
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred
- Experience supporting K–12 students with a range of abilities, including moderate to profound needs
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized speech-language treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct therapy for both small groups and individual students
- Collect and maintain ongoing documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Engage in ongoing professional development and best practices in pediatric speech therapy
