Skills & Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Experience with pediatric populations, particularly in school or early childhood settings
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
- Comfort addressing a range of speech and language disorders, from moderate to significant needs
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Compassionate, student-centered approach
Responsibilities Include:
- Assessing and providing speech-language therapy for elementary through high school students
- Developing, monitoring, and reporting on IEP goals
- Collaborating closely with classroom teachers, special educators, and families
- Maintaining thorough and timely records per district and state standards
- Offering support and guidance for teachers and school staff
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
