Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in York, PA

What We’re Looking For:
- Current PA Speech-Language Pathology Certification (required)
- Proven experience as a school-based SLP, including work with pediatric and K-12 populations
- Credentials such as CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or strong CFY considered
- Demonstrated skills in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with school-based procedures and documentation; comfort using technology platforms for IEP and progress tracking
- Passion, adaptability, and initiative in supporting students’ communication development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services for a diverse caseload
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and therapy sessions, tailored to individual needs
- Develop and implement student-focused treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other support professionals
- Maintain thorough records using Sapphire, contributing to effective IEP development
