Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Red Lion, PA

You’ll work hands-on with a K-12 population (with a focus on grades K-6), collaborating with educators and parents to foster students' speech and language development.
Key Qualifications:
- Current PA Speech-Language Pathology certification (required)
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or pediatric/school SLP background
- At least one year of relevant experience in educational or pediatric SLP roles
- Experience with IEP planning and progress monitoring
- Comfort with technology—school-provided laptop and Sapphire system for records
- Open to hybrid work—up to one day per week may be remote
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans for approximately 35 students per SLP
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services (primarily K-6)
- Administer assessments, collect and interpret data to support student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough records, adhering to all state and school guidelines
- Attend meetings as needed, keep up with required documentation via Sapphire
