Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ communication and language skills in a welcoming educational setting. This full-time position begins with the 2026-2027 school year and offers a consistent schedule of 7:30am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Working primarily with students in kindergarten through sixth grade, you’ll manage a manageable caseload of roughly 35 students per clinician, all within a supportive, resource-rich environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active PA Certified Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting (required)
  • CCC-SLP credential preferred, though Clinical Fellows (CFY) will be considered
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare best practices for SLPs, including evaluation and interventions
  • Comfort working independently and as part of a team, adhering to student IEPs
  • Experience with K-12 populations, especially early elementary
  • Familiarity with SLP technologies; prior use of Sapphire for IEP and progress documentation a plus
  • Flexible approach open to up to one remote day per week

Your Impact & Daily Duties:

  • Assess, diagnose, and deliver speech/language therapy for students predominantly in K-6
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs); track progress using Sapphire
  • Provide direct and consultative services to meet student needs within their educational programs
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to maximize student success
  • Stay current on therapy trends and ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local requirements
