This contract opportunity is perfectly suited for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists with a dedication to helping children achieve milestones in speech and language development. The position runs through the 26-27 school year, with a flexible end date, and is based near Fawn Grove, PA with a flexible weekly schedule of 35-40 hours.
Key Qualifications:
- Active PA Speech-Language Pathologist certification required
- Experience working in school and healthcare settings with pediatric populations (K-12), ideally K-6
- Clinical Fellowship (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) accepted
- Solid background in IEP development, Sapphire software preferred, and progress tracking
- Commitment to collaborating with educational teams and families
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Able to work on campus with up to 1 day per week remotely
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 35 students, focusing primarily on elementary-aged learners
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs and individualized intervention plans
- Track and report progress using Sapphire as required
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Maintain accurate and timely records, reports, and compliance documentation
This role offers a consistent Monday through Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm schedule—matching the school’s calendar—so you can enjoy a healthy work-life balance. All necessary technology, including a laptop, will be provided for your convenience.
