What You’ll Need:
- Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist certification
- Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations required
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and ASHA CCC welcomed
- Strong knowledge of best practices in speech-language intervention for school-age children
- Familiarity with IEP development and progress tracking, ideally using systems like Sapphire
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, supporting students, families, and staff
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized IEPs for students with speech and language needs
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services in accordance with educational and developmental best practices
- Maintain accurate documentation and utilize provided laptop with Sapphire for IEPs/progress reporting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support students’ language, articulation, and social communication goals
- Communicate progress and recommendations clearly with families and school personnel
