Qualifications/Skills:
- SLP-CCC certification required
- Experience delivering speech therapy services in school settings
- Familiarity working with behavioral challenges or severe caseloads strongly preferred
- Willingness to complete safety care training (must be comfortable with hands-on support)
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary staff
- Flexibility to work full-time (37.5 hours/week) or part-time if needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students ages 5-22 with diverse, complex needs
- Develop, implement, and regularly update IEP goals in partnership with teachers and support staff
- Participate in safety care procedures and training to maintain a safe, positive environment
- Document progress, prepare reports, and attend IEP meetings as needed
- Contribute to a deeply supportive staff culture where teamwork and mutual respect thrive
