Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA CCC-SLP certification
- State licensure or eligibility for Rhode Island
- Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Comfort working with severe/behavioral needs
- Willingness to complete safety care training
- Team-oriented, open to feedback, and adaptable
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapy for students ages 5–22
- Collaborate with teachers, behavioral staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain detailed records and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team processes
- Uphold best safety practices in accordance with training
- Commit to in-person services throughout the year
