Desired Qualifications:
- Active Rhode Island SLP license required
- Previous experience with pediatric populations, preferably in school-based settings
- Strong assessment, evaluation, and direct therapy skills for early childhood
- Ability to create and implement individualized intervention plans
- Effective communication and collaboration with teachers, staff, and caregivers
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and deliver personalized therapy for preschool students
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
- Provide consultative support to classroom staff and families
- Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and ongoing student progress reviews
