Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
- Prior experience in a school setting or working with adolescent populations preferred
- Understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Strong collaboration abilities for working with teachers, families, and diverse student populations
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and interpret evaluation results
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for middle school students
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate records, progress updates, and participate in IEP meetings
