Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Woodbridge, VA

Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Virginia SLP license required
- Experience or comfort working in school settings
- Ability to thrive in a flexible, hybrid work environment
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Readiness to initiate background check (VA Dept. of Social Services) and TB test per state requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy directly to students both on campus and remotely
- Assess, diagnose, and write student IEP goals
- Consult with teachers and families to support student achievement
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation and adhere to all compliance standards
- Participate in virtual meetings, professional development, and collaboration sessions
