Speech Language Pathologist in Woodford, VA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP licensure or eligibility in the state of Virginia
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CF candidates are encouraged to apply
- School-based experience is highly valued
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services within K-12 school settings
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Create a positive, inclusive environment where students gain confidence and skills for success
