Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Spotsylvania, VA

With full-time hours at 37.5 per week, this position offers both consistency and the opportunity to make meaningful connections with students and colleagues.
Whether you hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or are a Clinical Fellow (CF) ready to launch your school-based career, your skills and passion are valued here. The caseload spans K-12, and your preferred age or grade range can be discussed to best suit your strengths and interests.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- CCC-SLP preferred, but new graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship are welcome to apply
- Previous school-based experience is ideal but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through twelfth grade
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy and intervention individually and in group settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
- Document progress and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines
