Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid CCC-SLP from ASHA (or eligibility for CF placement)
- Active state licensure or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date
- Experience (or strong interest) working with K-12 students in a school environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Comfortable adapting therapy approaches to a variety of ages and needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication services to a diverse range of K-12 students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary teams
- Adjust caseload as appropriate to align with therapist preference and student needs
