School Speech Language Pathologist - Stafford, Virginia

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Previous school-based experience is a plus, though not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passionate about advocating for students and facilitating their success
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evaluations, assessments, and evidence-based therapy for students with various speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, staff development sessions, and ongoing professional learning opportunities
- Empower and motivate students to achieve positive communication outcomes in an inclusive, engaging environment
