Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) for school-based SLP services
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience with elementary caseloads is preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students according to individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, and communication disorders
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and related documentation
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as required
- Utilize evidence-based interventions and adapt strategies to diverse student needs
