Skills and Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC certification
- SLP licensure in Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations
- Comfortable delivering services both onsite and through teletherapy platforms
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring in alignment with IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting
- Support transitions for students across grade levels or between service modalities
- Adapt approaches to meet diverse learner needs
- Utilize digital resources for teletherapy as applicable
