Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, development, and implementation of IEPs
- Experience and confidence with teletherapy platforms highly desirable
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
- Active state licensure or eligibility
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students—with the option for both onsite and remote (voco/teletherapy) sessions
- Support students across varying age groups with diverse speech, language, voice, and fluency needs
- Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation consistent with school and state requirements
- Provide effective case management, including progress monitoring and compliance with service minutes
