Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid CCC-SLP certification
- State licensure in Oregon or eligibility to obtain
- School-based experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms (preferred for voco roles)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Compassion and adaptability to meet diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders within the school environment
- Develop and execute individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver evidence-based therapy, both onsite and through secure teletherapy platforms if selected for voco
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance with district and state guidelines
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Support students across varying grade levels and communication challenges
