This full-time role is designed for professionals experienced with school-based SLP services—whether you bring clinical competency (CCC) or a strong background in school and teletherapy settings. With both onsite and virtual (voco) options available, you’ll have the flexibility to choose the mode of work that fits you best.
We’re searching for compassionate, knowledgeable SLPs to make a real difference, including two additional positions to cover maternity leaves onsite. You’ll collaborate with educators and families, delivering speech and language interventions that empower students to reach their fullest potential.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Prior work in school-based and/or teletherapy (voco) SLP roles
- Able to commit to a full-time contract assignment
- Experience with diverse caseloads and collaborating in multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to develop supportive strategies
- Communicate regularly regarding student development and needs
- Adapt to both onsite and virtual service models as required
