This school-based SLP position supports students in grades 9–12 with an estimated caseload of 17–24 students. Work approximately 15–18 hours per week during a traditional school day (7:30 am–3:00 pm), with flexible start and end dates around September 8th, 2026 through June 1st, 2027. Your role balances group direct services, occasional individual and consultative services, attendance at IEP meetings, and the critical work of progress monitoring and updating IEP goals.

Your qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license for Delaware (or eligibility)
  • School-based SLP experience preferred
  • Ability to manage group and individualized therapy sessions
  • Commitment to inclusive, student-focused practices

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide direct group speech-language services to students in grades 9–12
  • Deliver some individual and consultative therapy sessions
  • Attend IEP meetings as an active team member
  • Write, implement, and progress monitor IEP goals
