Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Dover, DE

Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Delaware SLP license (required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience with pediatric populations and/or previous school-based assignments preferred
- Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and school-based documentation
- Confidence collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to early childhood and elementary school-aged students
- Develop, deliver, and document individualized treatment plans addressing a range of communication disorders
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain thorough, timely records compliant with school and state guidelines
- Consult with staff regarding strategies and accommodations for students’ speech and language needs
- Serve one school site, focusing on building relationships and consistency with your caseload
