Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver group-based direct speech-language services, with some individual and consultative sessions tailored to student needs.
- Attend and actively contribute to IEP meetings, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor and document student progress towards IEP goals, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement engaging, evidence-based therapy plans for teenagers in a school environment.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of all required documentation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Prior experience working within a school-based or adolescent population strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with group instruction models, IEP development, and progress monitoring.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
Additional Details:
- Flexible scheduling within the 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. school day, totaling 15–18 hours weekly.
- Attractive hourly compensation between $45 and $55, based on experience and qualifications.
