School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Bear, Delaware

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligible for appropriate state licensure
- Previous experience with school-aged children, especially high school students, is preferred
- Strong collaborative skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Ability to manage, monitor, and document student progress effectively
- Familiarity with writing, monitoring, and meeting IEP objectives
What You’ll Do:
- Provide group and individual direct speech and language therapy services
- Consult with educators and support participation in IEP meetings
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEP goals, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with staff to support student communication needs in the school environment
- Maintain clear, timely records in compliance with district and state standards
Details and Benefits:
