Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based | Henderson, NC | $45–$54/hr
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position in Henderson, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative educational team and make a meaningful impact on students' communication and academic success.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and IEP-related records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development
Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina SLP license
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA CCCs preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
- Experience with ECATS preferred
- Previous school-based experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- $45–$54/hr, based on experience and qualifications
