Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current CCC-SLP certification
- Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload ranging from Kindergarten through 12th grade
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students across all grades
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to facilitate optimal student outcomes
- Document services, progress, and outcomes in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams within the district
- Support a positive and inclusive educational environment for all learners
