Key Qualifications:
- Valid Connecticut SLP License (CT SLP License required)
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLP-School experience preferred
- Previous school-based experience is a plus
- Passion for student-focused therapy and team collaboration
Responsibilities:
- Serve a specialized full-time caseload or work part-time with the elementary population
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct speech-language therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized student support
