Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Williamstown, MA

What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
- Valid state licensure for speech-language pathology (or eligibility for licensure)
- Previous experience in a school-based SLP setting highly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload
- Familiarity with IEP processes and collaborating within interdisciplinary teams
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for students
- Delivering direct and consultative therapy services, adapting approaches for elementary through high school needs
- Monitoring progress and maintaining timely, accurate records
- Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with educators and families
- Providing education and support for teachers to facilitate classroom success
Your work schedule will align with school hours, which vary by age group: elementary school hours are 8:20 AM to 3:00 PM, and high school hours run from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
