Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in Massachusetts
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments, diagnoses, and therapy for students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students’ IEPs
- Consult with educators and parents to maximize student progress and carry over strategies in different settings
- Collaborate as a member of multi-disciplinary teams to support overall student development
- Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and prepare required reports in a timely manner
- Participate in IEP meetings, delivering insights and recommendations for effective interventions
