Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- Bilingual proficiency is a must
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred
- SLPs holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are strongly encouraged to apply
- Clinical Fellows (CFYs) welcomed and supported
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to students with diverse communication needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based upon each student’s IEP
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and therapy outcomes
- Participate in school meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning
- Adapt strategies and interventions to best support students from multilingual backgrounds
