Speech Language Pathologist in Boston, MA

What you’ll do:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of students
- Conduct evaluations and assessments aligned with IEP goals and state guidelines
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on each child’s unique needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborating closely with teachers, families, and support staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in line with district and legal requirements
- Advocate for best practices and culturally affirming interventions for bilingual students
