We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with K-12 students on a diverse caseload of approximately 65. With a contract running from August 2026 through June 2027, this role offers meaningful connection and professional growth throughout the academic year.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state SLP license or eligibility for licensure prior to start date
  • Previous experience working with school-age children preferred
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and case management skills
  • Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
  • Compassionate, flexible, and committed to student-centered communication support

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized speech and language goals for K-12 students
  • Deliver direct and consultative SLP services based on IEP requirements
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and eligibility reports
  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to ensure cohesive support
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and school team discussions
  • Adapt interventions to address diverse student needs
  • Adjust working hours as needed to align with elementary (8:20 AM - 3:00 PM) or high school (7:30 AM - 2:30 PM) schedules
