Your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist will be key to enhancing student outcomes by providing comprehensive assessment, intervention, and support throughout the school year, from August 2026 to June 2027.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid, current state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY applicants considered
- Experience with IEP development, implementation, and related service documentation
- Familiarity with a variety of communication disorders across K-12 grade levels
- Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations of students with speech, language, or communication difficulties
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students on your caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Provide both direct and consultative speech-language services to students in classroom and pull-out settings
- Document progress and maintain clear records in compliance with school and state regulations
- Offer guidance and expertise as a resource for school staff on speech-language topics
