Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Adams, MA

With varied school hours—from 8:20 AM to 3:00 PM in elementary and 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM in high school—your workday aligns with the school schedule, creating regular routines and work/life balance. Your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist will be pivotal in supporting communication, academic achievement, and social development for a diverse student population.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility for certification in the state)
- Prior experience with K–12 students preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Comfort working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexible, organized, and passionate about student success
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other service providers to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely evaluations and documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
- Offer support and training to staff and families as needed
