Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Experience with pediatric clients and school-based therapy
  • Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students from birth to 12th grade
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and write comprehensive reports
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes per district guidelines
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing education
