Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California
- Experience with school-based SLP services preferred
- Familiarity with elementary caseloads and IEPs
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among K-6 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student growth
- Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
- Provide services across 1-2 site locations, ensuring continuity of care
