Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Prior experience within a school setting is preferred

- Skilled in developing and implementing IEP goals for elementary students
- Ability to manage a caseload of mild to moderate needs effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy for elementary caseloads
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to monitor progress and support student success
- Complete thorough, timely documentation and contribute to IEP meetings for assigned students
- Provide support across 1-2 school sites, fostering a positive and inclusive environment
