Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP (Clinical Fellow Year candidates welcome to apply!)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Prior experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads is advantageous
- Comfort with a wide range of ages, from infants through high school seniors
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet students’ unique needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy for students from birth through 12th grade
- Conduct assessments, create and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs/IFSPs), and document progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Adapt service delivery models, including push-in, pull-out, and consultative as appropriate
- Maintain detailed records in accordance with school and departmental guidelines
