Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure in California
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in healthcare or school settings
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools, IEP processes, and intervention planning
  • Excellent communication skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students birth–12th grade
  • Complete assessments, screenings, and progress monitoring to inform service delivery
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and related documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support educational goals
  • Foster communication development and functional skills across a diverse caseload
  • Offer support and training to families and staff to maximize student achievement
