Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure in California
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience working with pediatric populations in healthcare or school settings
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, IEP processes, and intervention planning
- Excellent communication skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students birth–12th grade
- Complete assessments, screenings, and progress monitoring to inform service delivery
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and related documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support educational goals
- Foster communication development and functional skills across a diverse caseload
- Offer support and training to families and staff to maximize student achievement
