Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Colusa, California

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or genuine interest in pediatric and school-based settings
- Knowledge of assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for diverse populations
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to partner with educators and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy for students ranging from infants to high school seniors
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments in accordance with school requirements
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and support staff for integrated student support
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and documentation
- Maintain accurate records and documentation per school district and state guidelines
