Qualifications and Experience
- Active state Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Experience in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school settings preferred
- Familiarity with working across a variety of student needs, including moderate to profound disabilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build supportive relationships with students, families, and school staff
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and identify speech, language, and communication disorders in K–12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school guidelines
- Engage in IEP meetings and provide consultation as needed
