Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or strong Clinical Fellow applicants considered
- Experience with early childhood through elementary school-aged children preferred
- Comfortable adapting therapy approaches to a range of abilities (mild to profound)
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to K–12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and track student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
- Document sessions and maintain compliance with state and district requirements
