This full-time position focuses on providing speech and language therapy services in a supportive school environment near Albany, NY. What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in speech-language pathology
- ASHA CCC or CFY candidates welcome
- Experience with pediatric populations (Early Childhood and Elementary experience especially valued)
- Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to a range of student abilities and needs
- Commitment to fostering developmental progress in school-based settings
Role responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to K–12 students across varying caseloads
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
- Utilize current technology and evidence-based practices in therapy sessions
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
