Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience with pediatric populations, including early childhood and elementary school students
- Familiarity with a range of communication disorders and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in school settings preferred, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students across K–12, adapting interventions to individual needs
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop IEP goals, participate in meetings, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough documentation of sessions and student progress
- Work in partnership with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure holistic care
