Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)

- Knowledge of a variety of communication disorders and intervention strategies
- Proficient in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Track student progress and maintain thorough documentation
- Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and related services staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decision-making
