Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license in New York (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric students in early childhood and elementary settings
- CCC-SLP preferred, but strong CFY candidates welcome
- Background in IEP development and familiarity with school-based documentation systems
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy services to students in grades K–12 with a range of speech and language needs
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Work closely with educators, families, and other support professionals to maximize student progress
- Maintain detailed and compliant clinical documentation
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
