What we’re seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Valid state licensure as an SLP
- Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred
- Comfort serving early childhood, elementary, and pediatric populations
- Ability to manage a dynamic and diverse caseload
- Collaborative approach, excellent communication skills
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to K–12 students in accordance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment strategies, and maintain meticulous documentation
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and work with multidisciplinary educational teams
- Support students with a range of needs, from moderate to profound, adapting services as needed
- Communicate progress and strategies clearly with families, staff, and administrators
