Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Experience with pediatric populations, particularly in school-based, early childhood, or elementary settings
- Comfortable assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders in children and adolescents
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students in grades K–12—including those with moderate to profound needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs and abilities
- Work closely with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress and IEP goals
- Document services provided and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in compliance with policy
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to broader intervention planning
