Make a real difference supporting students across K–12 as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist this school year. Two dedicated professionals are needed to join a collaborative, student-focused team working with a caseload of approximately 60+ students each. These impactful roles will support learners with diverse needs, offering services within a positive and resource-rich school environment.
Position 1 provides maternity leave coverage with a strong potential for a long-term extension. The current SLP may transition out of the workforce, which could extend this important work through January 2027. Position 2 runs through May 2027, unless a direct hire is made. Both opportunities offer immediate start dates and full-time schedules of 37.5 hours per week.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, and/or teletherapy SLP settings
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload of K–12 students
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, and staff
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a varied caseload of students
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support comprehensive student growth
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and parent conferences as needed
