Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
- Active SLP license in Indiana or eligible for state licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants considered.
- Experience in school settings with pediatric populations is highly valued.
- Teletherapy and healthcare-based SLP experience a plus.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 60+ students, supporting diverse communication needs.
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and document progress for each student.
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services in both in-person and virtual environments.
- Coordinate care with teachers, parents, and other support staff.
- Participate in eligibility, staffing, and IEP meetings as needed.
