Both experienced SLPs with their CCCs and motivated Clinical Fellows seeking supervision are strongly encouraged to bring their unique skills to this engaging academic setting.

Key Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Eligibility for state licensure in Indiana
  • Experience or interest in pediatric and school-based populations
  • Familiarity with IEP development and school documentation practices
  • Commitment to completing background check and fingerprinting prior to onboarding
  • Teletherapy experience or willingness to adapt to virtual services as needed

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings for students
  • Manage a caseload of 60–80 K–5 students across two nearby elementary buildings
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Complete comprehensive documentation and IEP processes
  • Engage in paid administrative time and team meetings
  • Collaborate closely with educational team members and families
  • Utilize paid travel time for building-to-building itinerant support
