What You’ll Do:
- Provide speech, language, and hearing screenings for elementary students.
- Design, implement, and manage individualized therapy plans for a caseload of 60–80 students.
- Serve as an integral part of the school community, collaborating with teachers, families, and administrators to support student progress.
- Develop and document IEPs in compliance with school and state standards.
- Participate in team meetings and enjoy paid time for administrative duties.
- Travel between assigned buildings is required, with all on-the-clock driving time compensated.
Ideal Experience & Credentials:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Eligibility for Indiana state licensure as an SLP.
- Comfortable supporting students via teletherapy and in-person sessions.
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads; new graduates and Clinical Fellows are warmly invited to apply, with supervision tailored to your needs.
- Must complete a background check and fingerprinting before the start date.
