Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Griffith, IN
Step into a pivotal school-based role as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow, working with elementary-age students across two welcoming school environments. This full-time contract runs from August 24, 2026, through May 21, 2027, offering the chance to profoundly impact students’ communication growth throughout the academic year.
Your daily work will be dynamic and meaningful, as you:
- Perform comprehensive speech, language, and hearing screenings for students in grades K-5.
- Provide individual and group therapy, implementing specialized treatment plans for a caseload of 60–80 students.
- Handle core school SLP responsibilities, including developing and updating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and maintaining timely documentation.
- Work collaboratively with classroom teachers, engaged parents, and supportive school staff to foster student progress.
- Participate in paid administrative tasks and contribute actively in team meetings.
- Travel between two elementary school buildings—driving time is compensated when moving between sites during your workday.

To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- A Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Eligibility for Indiana SLP licensure.
- Ability to complete all required background checks and fingerprinting before the start date.
