Exciting contract opportunities are now available for two skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to support K–12 students near Indianapolis, IN. These roles offer the chance to work closely with a diverse population, providing vital communication and language interventions within a dynamic educational environment.
Details:
- Two full-time positions available (37.5 hours/week)
- Start as soon as possible; contract runs through end of school year, with potential for extension or multi-year assignment
- Serve a caseload of approximately 60+ students per SLP, representing grades K–12
- Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team to help students achieve their communication goals
- Interview availability is immediate—positions expected to be filled by September 11
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Indiana State Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in schools, pediatrics, healthcare, or teletherapy highly valued
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage a large, diverse caseload
- Comfortable working with students across K–12
- Proficiency in providing both in-person and virtual therapy is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and individualized therapy for students with a variety of communication needs
- Develop and implement IEP goals in coordination with school teams and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and district policies
- Offer consultation and training to teachers and support staff as needed
